  • Do I need to download and install the Microsoft Teams app?

     You can but you do not have to download and install Teams on your computer. You may access through the web browser or chose the download option.  If you are on a mobile device, you must download Teams.


  • Do I need to log in to Microsoft Teams?

     No. Bypass any suggestions to "sign in" and just Join Anonymously or Join Meeting (on mobile devices)  Then enter the name you would like displayed and click "Join Meeting"


  • What if I have a Microsoft Teams account from my school or work?

    If you use Microsoft Teams for work or school, you are welcome to use those accounts to join the online events.  Personal Microsoft accounts will not work.  

  • I see a popup that says "No permission" what does that mean?

    The error message:

    No permission. You need permission to join. Contact the organizer to get the access to the live event.


    Means the Live Event you clicked on has ended.  Check the Church Events calendar for the next event you can attend.
